88%cotton 12%nylon flame resistant fabric
Xinke Protective® is engineered to provide unbeatable electric arc and flash fire protection that
lasts twice as long as FR treated cotton fabrics. Yet our soft and lightweight fabric provides unmatched
comfort. It is also comforting to know that our fabric's inherent protection will never wash or wear out.
XINKE® provides rugged flame-resistant protection at the lowest cost per wear of any welding garment fabric. Surpasses FRT cotton in tensile strength, tear strength,
abrasion resistance and wicking ability. Higher resistance to molten slag and pin holes. Never needs ironing.
· Superior strength and protection - Extremely durable and stable para-aramid fibers made even better with TenCate engineering expertise.
· Exceptional softness and comfort - FR rayon provides excellent wicking and breathability for cooler, dryer hours on the job.
· Outstanding flame resistance - Protection never washes out. Meets or exceeds industry standards.
· Extraordinary value - Great for trousers, capes, jackets, aprons, and coveralls worn by gas and electric utility, petroleum
refinery, chemical and automotive workers.
Color option:
NFPA and ASTM have established the following standard test methods and requirements for protection against
electric arc incidents:
· NFPA 70E requires that general electrical employees wear clothing that meets the requirements of ASTM F 1506.
· ASTM F 1959 and ASTM F 1891 provide test methods for how to calculate arc ratings. Indicating a fabric's resistance
to the incident energy caused by an electric arc incident.
